Focaccia Siciliana

Roll out the dough with your hands till is not too thick about 1 cm, with raised edges. Lay it on a plate greased with oil and sprinkle with pieces of sausage, slices of cheese, a pinch of oregano,salt and pepper. Pour a little olive oil and cook the focaccia in a hot oven for about 20 minutes.
