Fettine alla Pizzaiola (Tender slices of meat topped with tomato sauce, onions)

Preparation:
Coat the slices of beef with a little olive oil and place in a slightly oiled baking tray. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with the finely chopped onion,the capers,oregano,and cover with the tomato sauce and the white wine. Put in a pre-heated oven for about 20 to 25 minutes and the meat is thoroughly cooked.

Ingredients: 

Makes 6 servings:
6 slices of tender beef 1/2 cm thick
1 medium onion sliced finely
1 tbsp of salted capers
1 bottle of tomato sauce.
1 cup of white wine
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste.
1 pinch of dry oregano.
